Sex and Kidnap Offender Registry

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00-11:00 a.m. and 2:00-4:00 p.m.

Offenders who are on probation or parole with Adult Probation and Parole (AP&P) MUST register with AP&P. Offenders who are "off paper" (i.e., no longer under supervision or whose conviction is from another jurisdiction), MUST register with the Police Department or Sheriff's Office that has jurisdiction over the area where the offender resides.

Notice:

Beginning May 11, 2010, offenders will be required to pay a fee of $25.00 to the BCPD - payable during the birth month (per House Bill 209).

(30) (a) Each offender required to register under Subsection (12) shall, in the month of the offender's birth:
(i) pay to the department an annual fee of $100 each year the offender is subject to the registration requirements of this section; and
(ii) pay to the registering agency, if it is an agency other than the Department of Corrections, an annual fee of not more than $25, which may be accessed by that agency for providing registration.
