Impact Fee Update and Notice of Public Hearing


PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Brigham City will hold a Public Hearing to consider an impact fee enactment which includes impact fees for parks, police, storm water, waste water, culinary water, transportation, and electrical power. The hearing will be held Thursday, May 17, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers. A copy of the Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis, and the draft Impact Fee Ordinance, will be available for review at the Brigham City offices from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and also at the Brigham City Public Library from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. The Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis , and the draft Impact Fee Ordinance will also be available for review on the Brigham City website at www.brighamcity.utah.gov and the Utah Public Notice Website at www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html.
