Brigham City prides itself on its excellent and abundant infrastructure. The City provides culinary water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and electrical utilities. Natural gas is provided by Questar Gas.

Brigham City has excellent transportation connections including an excellent network of local streets, Interstates 15 and 84, U.S. Highways 89 and 91; rail service by Union Pacific Railroad and the Brigham City Municipal Airport. Brigham City is located 61 miles (one hour travel time) from Salt Lake International Airport, and 25 miles (26 minutes travel time) from Ogden-Hinckley Municipal Airport.

Telecommunication infrastructure is an indispensable resource in today's global market place. Brigham City is well-served by Qwest and Comcast. Brigham City is also a member of UTOPIA, a consortium of 16 cities constructing an open-access fiber optic telecommunication network with multiple service provider options.
