Brigham City is pleased to announce Thurl Bailey former Utah Jazz Basketball Player will be speaking and performing 
on stage at the Bill of Rights Plaza!

Celebrating the cultures that have
made us who and what we are

The Brigham City Heritage Arts Festival's mission is to annually provide a venue for displaying, marketing, understanding, and recognizing the finest expression of authentic heritage arts. The festival offers displays, performances, lectures, and artists, all related to the festival theme. The theme for 2008 is "A Patchwork of Cultures Celebrating the Cultures that have made Us Who and What We Are".  Performances will include: The Buddhist Taiko Drummers, Fire Tap Cloggers, The Great Basin St. Band, Salzburger Echo, Cactus Swing, the Calvary Baptist Men's Chior, and many more! Former Utah Jazz Basketball player Thurl Bailey will be speaking and performing from the Bill of Rights Plaza. Lisa Bongean with Primative Gatherings Quilt will speak and provide a quilt trunk show. Historic Downtown Main Street will be closed again for a car show! 
And, street painting will be ongoing on Forest Street!
