Chief's Message

Welcome to the Brigham City Police Department!

As Chief of Police, I would like to welcome you to the Brigham City Police Department's website. This site is our way of presenting to you a more detailed view of the Brigham City Police Department and the many ways that we work "To Protect and To Serve" our community. Brigham City is a great community, a great place to raise a family, and residents here enjoy an excellent quality of life.

Brigham City is one of the fastest growing communities in Box Elder County and with that growth comes significant challenges, particularly for law enforcement. We enjoy a low crime rate, but low crime does not mean no crime. Keeping a safe community means developing a partnership between citizens and the officers who serve them.

The Brigham City Police Department is committed to protecting its citizens, their property and rights, while providing the best public safety and services in partnership with our community. That commitment and dedication extends to the visitors that Brigham City plays host to each year. We pledge to you our commitment to keep Brigham City safe and this website is a step in that direction. It is designed to provide you with useful information that can help you and your family avoid being a victim of crime. We hope that this site will give our citizens and those interested in the Brigham City Police Department an overview of who we are and what we do.

Because the Brigham City Police Department is committed to the safety and well-being of our citizens, we look forward to every opportunity to build positive relationships within our community. We firmly believe that by providing consistent crime prevention education to our community, we can help citizens learn how to keep their family, homes and property safe and keep crime and the fear of crime at bay in Brigham City.

Thank you for choosing to spend your time with us, and feel free to contact our department with any questions, comments or concerns. Our phone number is (435) 734-6650.
