The theme of this years Heritage Arts Festival is "A Patchwork of Cultures" to include children and their artistic efforts in this year's festival, the Brigham City Library will be having a coloring contest on fabric. We will have 120 coloring blocks of bugs and flowers to be given out to children to color starting on May 19, 2008. More
